We are looking for Structural Analysis Engineers at both entry and early-career levels to join our growing aerospace and defense engineering team. You will contribute to structural analysis, verification, and optimization activities for national and international aircraft programs under the mentorship of experienced engineers.
This role offers the opportunity to develop and apply your FEA skills on metallic and composite aircraft structures, participate in real engineering projects, and grow within a professional environment that values continuous learning, teamwork, and innovation.
Candidates who are motivated to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about aerospace will thrive in this position.
Candidates with a Personal Security Clearance (KGB) will be given priority. A clean criminal record (Adli Sicil Kaydı) is required for this position.
Skills:
- Basic understanding of aerospace structures and finite element analysis (FEA) principles
- Familiarity with at least one FEA software such as Hypermesh, ANSYS, NASTRAN, or PATRAN
- Willingness to learn linear static, buckling, and modal analyses for complex aircraft structures
- Interest in metallic and composite (CFRP) components
- Ability to prepare clear technical documentation and reports
- Curiosity for learning structural design standards and aerospace methods
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Support the creation and update of finite element models for aircraft components
- Assist in structural analyses under the guidance of senior engineers
- Contribute to reporting and documentation of analysis results
- Collaborate with design engineers to ensure practical and lightweight solutions
- Participate in team reviews and share ideas for process improvement
- Continuously develop technical knowledge through training and on-the-job learning
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering (Recent graduates with a demonstrated academic background in aerospace structures are welcome)
Skills:
- 1–5 years of experience in structural analysis within the aerospace or defense industry
- Experience with composite structures, bonded joints, or aircraft assemblies
- Proficiency in FEA tools (Hypermesh, ANSYS, NASTRAN, or equivalent) and post-processing automation
- Familiarity with Python for data handling or process efficiency
- Understanding of fatigue, dynamic, or nonlinear analyses
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to accuracy and structural integrity
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment
