SAP Key User; Production

Overview

AKSA, a company of Akkök Holding, was founded in 1968 in Yalova. Becoming the world’s largest producer of acrylic fiber over the years, Aksa today serves approximately 300 customers in over 50 countries across 5 continents. Having a capacity of 330.000 tons per year, Aksa supplies raw materials for textiles and technical textiles in many diverse areas.

We are looking for a Key User teammate who will play a key role in our company s SAP processes and lead projects by representing business units.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering
• Experience in production environments (preferably in chemical or process industries)
• Experience with SAP PP modules is preferred, or willingness to develop in this area
• Familiarity with business unit processes is an asset
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills with both business units and consultants
• Competence in reporting and documentation
• Fluent in English
• Residing in Yalova or willing to relocate

• Monitor the process to ensure timely completion of the activities specified in the project plan.
• Represent the business units responsible for in project meetings.
• Support consultants in making critical process-related decisions and identifying solutions for non-standard situations.
• Participate in the preparation of test scenarios based on real workflows and conduct testing activities.
• Perform tests on system configurations, prototype screens, and enhancements developed by consultants, and report potential errors to consultants.
• Provide training to end users on the use of the new system and support the preparation of training materials.
• Prepare, monitor, and keep project documentation up-to-date.
• Support employees  adaptation to the new system as part of the process team.
• Provide first-level support to field users during the system go-live process; communicate unresolved issues to consultants, coordinate with the relevant consultant to develop solutions, and monitor the solution process.
• Contribute to project continuity by sharing improvement needs and process development suggestions with relevant teams.
