We are looking for a dynamic and forward‑thinking IT Disaster Recovery Lead who will manage our Disaster Recovery team and play a mission‑critical role in safeguarding the resilience of our bank’s technology landscape. This role is responsible for leading DR operations, annual disaster switch tests, capacity readiness, and DR governance across all critical systems and will report to the unit's director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the IT Disaster Recovery Team
  , fostering a high-performance and resilience‑driven culture,
• Own the full lifecycle of the bank’s Disaster Recovery framework
  , including planning, execution, reporting, and continuous improvement,
• Coordinate and execute Annual Disaster Switch Tests for all critical banking applications and infrastructure,
• Monitor and report capacity and readiness metrics for primary & secondary (DR) sites to ensure RTO/RPO compliance,
• Prepare, maintain, and continuously update Disaster Recovery procedures, runbooks, and transition playbooks
  ,
• Partner with Infrastructure, Application, Cybersecurity and Business Continuity teams to align DR with BCP, audit, and regulatory expectations,
• Ensure DR compliance with BDDK
  , ISO 22301
  , ISO 27001 and internal audit & governance requirements,
• Drive improvement programs to modernize DR automation, orchestration, and failover capabilities,

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields,
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in IT Disaster Recovery, Infrastructure, Business Continuity or High‑Availability environments,
• Prior experience in leading teams or mentoring technical professionals,
• Strong knowledge in data center and high‑availability architectures, replication, backup, and DR technologies (e.g. GSLB, SRM, VXLAN), Automation & Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, especially Ansible
  ,
• Virtualization, cloud or hybrid infrastructure (VMware, Azure/AWS, Kubernetes is an advantage),
• Solid experience in execution of DR tests
  , crisis scenarios, and failover operations,
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and reporting skills,
