AKSA, a company of Akkök Holding, was founded in 1968 in Yalova. Becoming the world’s largest producer of acrylic fiber over the years, Aksa today serves approximately 300 customers in over 50 countries across 5 continents. Having a capacity of 330.000 tons per year, Aksa supplies raw materials for textiles and technical textiles in many diverse areas.

We are looking for an "Information Technology Systems & Network Infrastructure Executive" who will manage our company's information technology infrastructure from a strategic perspective, ensure the continuity of system and network operations, and lead information security and digital transformation processes.

• Graduate of Computer Engineering or related undergraduate programs from universities
• Experienced in system, network, and information technology infrastructure management
• Knowledgeable in network administration, system administration, virtualization, and storage technologies
• Experienced in information security, backup, and business continuity processes
• Proficient in cloud computing technologies and ITSM processes
• Knowledgeable in ISO 27001 and information security standards
• Experienced in project management, budget tracking, and resource planning processes
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder management competencies
• Proficient in English

• Planning and managing information technology infrastructure processes in line with company strategies
• Coordinating the creation and implementation of IT policies, procedures, and standards
• Ensuring the uninterrupted and secure operation of system, network, server, hardware, and software infrastructures
• Managing information security, access management, backup, and business continuity processes
• Executing the planning, implementation, and commissioning processes of new technology and infrastructure projects
• Conducting improvement efforts to increase the efficiency of IT operations
• Managing external supplier and service provider processes and monitoring service performance
• Coordinating the daily operations of the IT team and managing team development and performance processes
• Developing technology solutions tailored to needs by working in coordination with business units
• Monitoring the effectiveness of IT services through KPIs, reporting, and performance indicators
• Ensuring that necessary actions are taken in information security breaches, risks, and audit processes
• Conducting compliance processes with ISO 27001 and related legal regulations
• Developing suggestions for applicable solutions for the company by following current technologies
