Business Solutions Assistant Manager – Enterprise Asset Management & Maintenance Transformation

We are looking for a Business Solutions Assistant Manager – Enterprise Asset Management & Maintenance Transformation to join our Information Technologies Department at located in Yalova Shipyard.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration or related disciplines,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP PM and Enterprise Asset Management processes,
• Experience in maintenance, asset management or field operations,
• Strong knowledge of SAP PM and its integration with SAP MM, FI/CO and related enterprise applications,
• Experience in digital transformation, process improvement and operational excellence initiatives,
• Knowledge of maintenance planning, work order management, equipment and technical object management processes,
• Experience in data management, reporting and analytics solutions,
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills,
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities,
• Excellent communication and coordination skills,
• Good command of written and spoken English,
• Experience in Energy, Manufacturing, Shipyard or Heavy Industry sectors would be an asset,
• Experience in SAP PM rollout or transformation projects would be an asset,
• Knowledge of Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or similar reporting platforms would be an asset,
• ITIL, Agile or Project Management certifications would be an asset.

• Lead the digital transformation of maintenance, asset management and field operations processes across the organization,
• Manage the application ownership, continuous improvement and adoption of SAP PM solutions,
• Standardize maintenance, work order, equipment and technical location processes to increase operational efficiency and consistency,
• Drive initiatives that improve planned maintenance maturity, asset utilization and operational performance,
• Ensure effective integration between SAP PM and related enterprise applications, including SAP MM and FI/CO,Identify and implement digital solutions that reduce manual effort, improve process automation and enhance user experience,
• Improve visibility of asset performance, maintenance costs and operational KPIs through reporting and analytics solutions,
• Lead data quality and master data standardization initiatives to support reliable decision-making,
• Coordinate business units, field teams, vendors and technology partners throughout transformation projects,
• Manage project delivery, risks and dependencies while supporting the organization's asset management and operational excellence objectives.
