Customer Service and Sales Representative is responsible for assisting customers with inquiries related to a company's products and services. He/she will be instrumental in customer retention by addressing concerns and product issues, and by communicating in a professional, positive manner.

• Attend training sessions to grow knowledge of product and to develop customer service skills.
• Resolve phone, walk-in, mail, fax, and email customer inquiries.
• Process and log incoming calls into CRM system.
• Identify customer needs.
• Forward and escalations inquiries to relevant individuals and departments.
• Contact customers to give them accurate feedback on the progress of their inquiries.
• Update customer information as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
• Perform other duties as the need arises.
• Manage and improve the customer order process.
• Develop a better relationship with potential and existing customers.
• Provide new customers to the company with international orientation strategy.
• Find and manage new candidate processes.
