• A job at TUI offers more than your basic salary, but also your average earned monthly commission between 900 to 1900 Europer month with no upper limit. The more you sell, the more you earn.

• 45 working hours/week.

• Escort excursions in our destinations, providing engaging commentary, support, and service along the way.
• Support our guests by answering questions, helping them use the TUI App and website, ensuring a smooth booking journey, from the moment they step foot at the airport.
• Monitor your success through sales achievements and guest feedback, celebrating the positive impact you create.
• Promote sustainability and encourage guests to make a positive impact while travelling.

• A true people person who loves sharing positivity and connecting with international guests.
• Enthusiastic about culture, travel, and sustainability, with a passion for showing guests the best of our destinations.
• Willing to learn the digital tools and product knowledge required to provide outstanding service.
• Flexible, adaptable, and collaborative – thriving both independently and as part of a diverse team.
• Fully conversational in Polish plus English.
• Driving license is mandatory.
