The program is highly competitive, as outstanding students from all across the world are competing for the program. Each year, the programme awards 5000 scholarships under this programme, making it one of the biggest scholarship programmes.

• Associate Degree: 2 Years + 1 Year Language prep
• Bachelor’s Degree: 4 Years + 1 Year Language prep

Individuals meeting the following criteria can apply:

• Calling applications from all nationals
• Applicants with excellent academic achievements
• No IELTS/TOEFL requirement
• Age requirement:
  • For Bachelors:
    Under 21 years
  • For Master’s:
    Under 30 Years
  • For PhD:
    Under 35 Years
• Academic Threshold:
  • Bachelor’s:
    Minimum 70%
  • Master’s & PhD:
    Minimum 75%
  • For Health Sciences: 90%
• Turkish Nationals are not eligible to apply
• Students already enrolled in a Turkish institute cannot apply

• Application Evaluation: March – April, 2026
• Interviews: April – June, 2026
