R&D Engineer; Sustaining

• You will complete customer- and technology-driven project requests in line with the Product Development Process.
• You will support product and component cost and quality improvement projects.
• You will implement product rollout projects for different markets, ensuring timely fulfillment of technical requirements.
• You will plan and execute engineering changes by informing all relevant departments and gathering feedback.
• You will prepare and manage documentation in accordance with engineering processes.
• You will build strong communication with project teams and stakeholders.

• Qualification:
  
  A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Material Science Engineering can open the door to exciting career opportunities in our company.
• Experience:
  
  With a strong interest in R&D and a desire to build a long-term career in this field and within our company, you will have the opportunity to join our team.
• Know-how and
  
  Skills:
  
  Your proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, EIS and SAP, your familiarity with engineering change process and ISO standards will allow you to make a meaningful impact.

  A strong command of English will enable you to communicate effectively on an international level.
• Nice to Have:
  Technical and theoretical information about HVAC products will support your success in this role.
