Drillship

• Controlled document registers (engineering, procurement, quality).
• Document distribution matrices.
• Transmittal sheets and submission records.
• Final documentation handover packages.
• Ensure all document management procedures adhere strictly to ISO 9001, ISO 29001, and company Quality Management System (QMS) standards.
• Develop and implement document control standards for both technical and commercial correspondence.
• Generate regular status reports for project management and client reviews.

• Proficiency in Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), SharePoint or similar platforms.
• Strong command of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Solid understanding of ISO standards and project-specific document numbering systems.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of professional work experience post-graduation.
• A minimum of five (5) years of total offshore project experience, with at least 3-5 years specifically on recent offshore construction projects.
• Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills, with a proven ability to produce clear, concise, and professional reports and correspondence.
