This position is being offered on behalf of one of our trusted clients.

Responsibilities- Controlled document registers (engineering, procurement, quality).
- Document distribution matrices.
- Transmittal sheets and submission records.
- Final documentation handover packages.
- Ensure all document management procedures adhere strictly to ISO 9001, ISO 29001, and company Quality Management System (QMS) standards.
- Develop and implement document control standards for both technical and commercial correspondence.
- Generate regular status reports for project management and client reviews.
- Proficiency in Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), SharePoint or similar platforms.
- Strong command of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Solid understanding of ISO standards and project-specific document numbering systems.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of professional work experience post-graduation.
- A minimum of five (5) years of total offshore project experience, with at least 3-5 years specifically on recent offshore construction projects.
- Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills, with a proven ability to produce clear, concise, and professional reports and correspondence.
