Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in industrial sales, technical sales, or project sales. Preferably experienced in sales of electrical equipment, power transmission, graphite products, automation, energy, or similar industrial sectors.
  • Technical knowledge sufficient to read and interpret technical documents.
  • No restrictions on field work and travel.
  • Familiar with the customer structure of the Marmara Region.
  • Strong analytical thinking and effective communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications with strong reporting capabilities.
  • Able to drive actively and holding a valid Class B driver’s license
    .
  • Good command of English, sufficient for reviewing technical documentation.
Job Description
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies for customers in the Marmara Region.
  • Introducing Power Transfer Technologies (carbon brushes, carbon products, commutator solutions, etc.) and Electrical Power products (fuses, fuse holders, power distribution products, etc.).
  • Acquiring new customers, expanding the customer portfolio, and managing relationships with existing customers.
  • Conducting field visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Preparing quotations, managing negotiation processes, and following up on orders.
  • Achieving sales targets and providing regular sales reports.
  • Accurately understanding customer technical requirements and coordinating with relevant technical teams.
  • Identifying business opportunities through market and competitor analysis.
  • Representing the company at trade fairs, seminars, and industry events.
