PTP Service Desk Specialist (Maternity Cover 11 Months)
Job Identification

Provide support and resolve queries to internal and external customers relating to account reconciliation, invoice processing, and payments. Ensure that FSC clients receive an exceptional service experience when resolving queries escalated by them. Constantly strive in finding ways in which account reconciliation, invoice processing and payment process can be further improved.

What We Expect:
  • Act as the first contact point of the PTP Service Desk under the FSC (Finance Service Center) in Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, and Kyrgyzstan
  • Provide support regarding Payments queries e.g.: payment date, invoice status
    Escalation of queries as appropriate
  • Supply advice on invoicing processes and deal with any queries in an efficient and timely manner
  • Establishing, managing and growing customer relationships with both internal and external customers
  • Working to agreed KPI’s and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to deliver the highest quality of service as defined by the team leader in conjunction with the business units
  • Provide support to other team members when needed
  • Establish a good relationship with customers maintaining open communication channels and developing high standards for service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with FSC standard processes and SLAs
  • Recognize and communicate potential issues/risks within the team and work with the team to generate solutions
Qualifications:
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related business field.
  • Experience:

    Minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Languages:

    Fluency in Azeri and Russian is required. Communication will be conducted in Turkish or English.
  • Knowledge of additional languages such as Arabic, Uzbek, or Kazakh is considered an asset.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook. Familiarity with SAP Accounts Payable Module is a plus.
