Senior Specialist – Financial Planning, Reporting and Financial Control whowilljoinourteamat Financial Planning and Corporate Performance Directorate in Beko Corporate
.

• Responsible for budgeting and forecasting process and financial planning,
• Preparing actual financial reporting and analysis,
• Ensuring effective communication with other departments for collection of accurate and timely information,
• Collaborating strongly with international group companies and production units to establish link between financials and business insight, and examining trends and variances,
• Preparing monthly and ad-hoc management reports, presentations and extensive analysis of the operational and financial key performance indicators,
• Running value chain and profitability analysis and evaluating business flows from financial perspective,
• Providing the financial insights and decision-support for investments/projects/business models based on financial feasibility studies,
• Being a part of our Financial Transformation Projects and designing new structureswithin the growing organization
• Ensuring external and internal reporting deadlines are met,
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in tight deadlines,
• Being in close communication with domestic/foreign subsidiaries for any guidance in applying accounting policies.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Administrative Sciences, Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering,
• Minimum 3years of experience budget & financial reporting, financial control teams or in audit,
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Applications,
• Knowledge of SAP BPC, SAP COPA, SAP FsPer, SAP BW is an asset,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives,
• Ability to multi-task, work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing business needs,
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
• Confident problem solver and distinguish with analytical skills,
• Being open to communications always our priority.
