Wealth Sales Coach

• To work with network managers to improve the Premier Relationship Manager’s (PRM’s) capability and performance.
• Although coaching remains as one of the core responsibilities of network managers, the Wealth Coach supplements the capacity and capabilities of network managers to assist in developing PRMs that are able to provide an outstanding customer experience to our valuable Premier clients.
• To focus on supporting the on-boarding and development of new PRMs and/or improving the productivity of our core contributing PRMs.
• To work closely with PRM line managers and the coaching focuses on on multiple subjects e.g. investment products, sales activities, sales process, financial planning, portfolio management, client skills, etc..

• University degree
• At least 5 years’ experience
• Required Capital Market Activities Level 1 License
• Preferred Capital Market Activities Derivative Instruments License
• Required pension license (BES) from Pension Monitoring Centre Türkiye
• Required insurance license SEGEM Regulatory Insurance Organization Türkiye.
• Preferably verbal and written English
• In-depth knowledge and expertise in area of coaching responsibility e.g. for a generic wealth coach, it requires expertise for portfolio planning, sales process, client skill, and specific wealth products
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory governance in market
• Knowledge of local and Group compliance regulations
• Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment and prioritize work assignments
• Have an understanding of the immediate regional Global Wealth Strategy and the ability to plan own activities accordingly
