** This position works at Istanbul location in the Established Pharmaceuticals Division that we are committed to bringing the benefits of our trusted medicines to more people in the world’s fastest-growing countries. Our broad portfolio of high-quality and differentiated branded generic medicines reaches across multiple therapeutic areas including gastroenterology, women's health, cardiometabolic, pain management/central nervous system, and respiratory.
** What You’ll Do**- Prepare annual and longer-term marketing plans.

- Achieve sales and market share annual goals at the budgeted expense levels.

- Diagnose and analyze brand, market and competitors through gathering competitive information, identifying drivers and refining segmentation according to customer needs.

- Coordinate the development of sales objectives, strategies, advertising, promotion programs, public relations and market research activities and ensure their execution.

- Establish key opinion leader pool and have regular visits
- Carry out dual visits with the sales team on a regular and ongoing basis to stay abreast of the motivational status and needs of the sales force, efficient practice of strategies.

- Develop, implement and update product training to sales force on an ongoing basis.

- Provide direction to the field in order to facilitate goal setting process in line with corporate goals, monitor progress, measure results.
** Required Qualifications**    - University degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration or a Medical field    - Preferably minimum 5 years of product management and 6 months of sales experience in the health care industry    - Excellent command of English    - Excellent presentation skills    - Good knowledge of MS Office applications    - Ability to travel
