Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to be a part of our Supply Chain Digital Technology / DProX (Digital Procurement Experience) team located in Dudullu/Istanbul. Responsible for partnering with the relevant business stakeholders in Supply Chain and Procurement fields to define the capabilities of the product in line with the product roadmap. Accountable for the delivery of solutions that would meet the requirement along with business outcomes.

• Elicit complex business and data requirements using a variety of methods such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis to express the requirements in terms of target user roles and goals. Lead business process analysis sessions.
• Actively monitor and participate to the preparations of product deliverables on time.
• Review the backlog of work for a workstream and reprioritize the work and deployment of project resources to reduce costs and increase the value of the work delivered to the business.
• Plan and replan software releases for product features alone/or with the product owner/manager as they are produced to ensure timely updates and to deliver the planned benefits as early as possible in the product roadmap. Manage tasks and meet assigned delivery dates.
• Define and deliver products requirements that meet customer needs by selecting the best possible approaches available within established systems. Participate in small team design sessions while contributing to the overall design. Assist in problem and issue resolution with project/product manager and report progress on initiatives in a summarized written format.
• Explore and develop a detailed understanding of external developments or emerging issues and contribute to the evaluation of their potential impact on, or usefulness to, the organization.
• Contribute to preparing and continuously revising the project/product plan together with all stakeholders involved and impacting the program pipeline
• Deliver baseline assessments and post-implementation analyses to evaluate and track the realization of business benefits.
• Perform data analysis, document the data sources, create integrations data requirements, and participate in the ETL data pipeline definitions.
• Create related documents including technical documentation and system requirements. Work directly alongside procurement team to produce release documentation and system test scripts.
• Identify and evaluate risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints associated with the project, escalating where appropriate. Where necessary, develop, agree on, and implement solutions to overcome these.
• Define and collect functional requirements related to Procurement processes and translate them into technical requirements and product features.
• Actively take part in scaling up and deploying the solution to new countries according to digital strategy and roadmap.
