Security Systems Executive

The Group Security Systems Executive is responsible for the standardization, coordination, and continuous improvement of security systems across all CCI countries. This role ensures the integration of advanced technologies to optimize security processes, minimize human error, and implement cost-effective smart investments. The position also tracks and evaluates sectoral innovations to enhance CCI’s security infrastructure in alignment with corporate goals.

• Implement, standardize and coordinate security systems (e.g. CCTV, access control, alarm monitoring, biometrics controls, Video Analysis, vehicle entry control systems/barriers etc) across all CCI countries.
• Continuously improve security technologies in alignment with global advancements and evolving business needs. Monitor and evaluate sectoral innovations and integrate relevant technologies into CCI’s infrastructure.
• Design and implement smart, cost-effective security solutions that enhance operational efficiency and significantly reduce human error.
• Ensure full compliance with corporate security policies and local legal/regulatory requirements across all operations.
• Collaborate with country-level teams to assess, upgrade, and harmonize local security systems with group standards.
• Develop, standardize, and maintain documentation, policies, and training materials related to security systems. Provide awareness sessions and training programs as needed.
• Provide security technology assessments and support for major events, projects, or high-risk operations.
• Design and manage a domestic/international traveler security monitoring program for employees. Ensure the program is supported by regular training, testing, and third-party service provider management.
• Support investigations of incidents using available security technologies. Assist in audits and internal investigations as required.
• Manage vendor relationships, including service quality, maintenance schedules, and performance evaluations. Ensure timely upgrades and support for all security systems.
