What

will your main responsibilities be
  • Brand Strategy & Performance Management
    • Define and execute the growth strategy for condiments brands within PTAB.
    • Own brand P&L performance, ensuring delivery of UVG, GM, and Market Share targets.
    • Lead the development of annual brand plans and 12Q innovation funnels for PTAB, aligning with One Foods strategy and global frameworks.
    • Track key brand KPIs (penetration, equity, brand power, trial & repeat) and initiate actions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Innovation & Renovation Leadership
    • Lead the innovation pipeline from concept to launch, including development of new products tailored to local taste and consumer trends. Collaborate closely with R&D teams during the process of new launches.
    • Lead business cases for innovation & renovation projects.
  • Communication & Activation Excellence
    • Develop impactful integrated marketing campaigns, creating local assets or localizing global assets and leading 360° media activations.
    • Drive Social First Strategy through influencer marketing, content creation and other social-first initiatives.
  • Regional Leadership
    • Act as the bridge between global brand teams and local markets, ensuring strategic alignment and local relevance.
    • Lead regional coordination across markets, ensuring best practice sharing and consistent excellence in execution.
  • What you will need to succeed (Experiences & Qualifications)
    • Have a bachelor’s degree, Masters will be an added advantage.
    • Have strong business acumen with high problem-solving skills.
    • Be able to strategically influence key stakeholders and business leaders and have desire to work in a fast-paced environment by fostering cross-functional support and learning.
    • Be familiar to use syndicated data sources, i.e. Retail Panel, Household Panel.
    • Be adept at analyzing and utilizing Consumer/Shopper Insights in building brand strategies/action plans.
    • Have strong Market orientation – an outward focus toward the customer/consumer to maximize business results.
    • Possess objective analytical power – makes accurate/objective assessments of problems.
    • Have entrepreneurial approach to the business, taking ownership and leadership of business opportunities.
