The duration of the GLIS summit is 3 days, scheduled to take place in Turkey from April 17th to 20th, 2026. The GLIS offers an immersive hands-on learning experience through workshops, panel sessions, innovation challenges, and networking opportunities, followed by the key field visits. The fully funded delegates will recieve round-trip airfare coverage, Accommodation, Awards, and more.

The summit is calling applications from the young changmakers aged 16-35 years, regardless of any academic or professional background. The only thing matter is your commitment and passion to drive social change. There is no English profiency test (IELTS/TOEFL) requirement. Interested applicants must submit their applications online by January 28th, 2026. This is your chance to lead, innovate, and rise while immersing yourselves in a dynamic and culturally rich city in Turkey.

Young leaders meeting the following criteria are invitied to apply찮 for the GLIS Turkey 2026:

• GLIS Summit is calling applications from all nationals
• Age requirement: 16-35 years of age at time of application
• Individuals from any academic or professional background can apply
• Demonstrate passion to bring positive change
• No prior experience is required
• Actively engaged in social and educational activities

The summit is offering a total of 50 scholarship seats for participation that are further divided into 15 fully funded and 25 partially funded seats.

• Meals & Accommodation for the summit duration
• Participation in a cultural exchange and a celebration party
• The best delegate will be awarded a fully funded seat for the organization’s next event in Canada

• Youth Leadership: aims to equip young leaders with tools and skills to foster positive change and contribute to a peaceful world
• Innovation & Technology for Sustainable Development: focuses on how technology and youth-led initiatives can help in achieving sustainable development

Applicants interested in the GLIS-Turkey 2026 need to complete their online application via offical portal and pay an application fee of $19.99+tax (Charged by the VFRI), and submit their application.
