Behavior Technician - Childcare Experience Needed

• Hours:
  
  All weekdays Monday - Friday from 8am to 6pm OR 3:30pm to 8pm
• Work setting: primarily in client homes, with occasional sessions in local centers
• Daily pay access available
• Compensation: $19-$25/hr

• High School Diploma or GED
• 6+ months experience with kids (paid or volunteer)
• Reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance
• Willingness to pass background and health checks
• Patience and ability to keep up with energetic kids

• Help kids learn through play: teach communication, sharing, following directions through games and activities
• Be a positive role model: encourage progress and celebrate victories daily
• Stay active:
  
  moving, playing, engaging throughout sessions
• Keep things organized: track work and progress (training provided)
• Support families: part of a team that shows families real progress and hope

• Full, paid training (no experience needed)
• Growth opportunities; many leaders started in this role
• Additional $2/hr evenings/weekends
• Referral program: $1,000 bonus
