Part‑Time Lecturer(s) Pool in Biology
The Department of Biological Sciences invites applications for a pool of part‑time teaching appointments. Candidates selected will teach one or some combination of courses in the biological sciences.
PositionApplicants may teach courses such as:
- Principles of Biology
- General Biology lecture and labs
- Human Anatomy lecture and labs
- Human Physiology lecture and labs
This position is contingent upon the availability of authorized funding.
Minimum QualificationsA Ph.D. or equivalent advanced degree in a biological science preferred.
Preferred QualificationsPrior successful teaching experience at the college level preferred.

CompensationCommensurate with qualifications and experience. Newly hired lecturers with terminal degrees are placed in Range 3 of the salary schedule and others are normally placed in Range 2.
