Position Overview

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work in Turlock, CA
. In this full‑time, in‑person role, you will develop, implement, and oversee evidence‑based behavior intervention plans for children and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support their development and success. The role offers competitive pay ranging from $80,000 to $95,000 per year
, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Implement effective behavior management strategies.
• Monitor and analyze data to ensure the efficacy of treatment plans, making adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, early interventionists/infant development specialists, and educators, to ensure comprehensive care.
• Support a positive and inclusive learning environment for children and staff.
• Maintain compliance with ethical and professional standards as outlined by the BACB.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification – required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field – required.
• Experience in a similar role, working with children with developmental or behavioral challenges.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for working collaboratively to create positive outcomes for children and families.
