** Essential Functions
** Directly responsible for the daily service requirements including, but not limited to:
* The marketing and renewal process for existing and new clients includes gathering data, preparing submissions, and communicating with the insurance carriers.
* Creating and presenting proposals, including comparing forms and providing analysis to clients and coworkers
* Binding coverage with carriers and following up to ensure the proper coverage was issued
* Creating and maintaining applications, summaries, proposals, rate comparisons, statements of values, spreadsheets, schedules, certificates, and evidence of insurance
* Processing policies, change requests/ endorsements, audits, and all other items related to the service of accounts
* Maintaining the client's file, including documentation, and creating follow-ups
* Communicating and assisting clients, vendors, and coworkers with information and servicing the Agency's accounts
* Communicate any questions, training needs, or assistance with assigned tasks with the supervisor.
* Complete all other essential functions as assigned.
* Complete tasks according to Standard Operating Procedures.## Qualifications#

Education and/or Experience
* A high school diploma or equivalent is required
* Three years of Account Manager experience is required
* An active Property & Casualty Insurance license is required
* Proficient in Microsoft 365 Outlook, Word and Excel
* Experience with AMS
360 and Image Right Management Systems is preferred.
