Aspiranet is seeking a mission-driven Program Director to lead our Behavioral Health division with a special focus on implementing and overseeing CALAIM services, including Enhanced Care Management (ECM), Community Supports (CS), and Community Health Workers (CHWs). This role is pivotal in coordinating care for Medi‑Cal members with complex needs, ensuring services are person‑centered, culturally responsive, and integrated across health systems. You’ll guide a team of Lead Care Managers, build out program infrastructure, and serve as a key liaison with Managed Care Plans and our third‑party administrator.

Position SummaryThe Program Director maintains operational, fiscal, and programmatic oversight of one or more core programs, including CALAIM services. This includes leading strategic planning, supervising Lead Care Managers, and ensuring contract compliance and quality standards. The Program Director will also support outreach coordination, internal navigation across divisions, and development of supervisory infrastructure for CALAIM services.
Key Responsibilities Administrative Support- Develop strategic plans and budgets for core and CALAIM programs
- Oversee financial reporting and ensure operations stay within budget
- Complete administrative documentation in a timely manner
- Lead implementation of ECM, CS, and CHW services
- Build infrastructure to support Lead Care Managers and future supervisors
- Serve as liaison with MCPs and Full Circle Health Network
- Coordinate outreach and cross‑division collaboration
- Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and agency standards
- Monitor contract deliverables and oversee quality assurance efforts
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards
- Track program outcomes and support continuous improvement
- Recruit, train, and supervise direct reports
- Provide crisis support and participate in community advocacy
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture
- Master’s Degree in a discipline approved by Community Care Licensing
- 2+ years of management experience
- Experience in social work, casework, or behavioral health services
- Registration with BBS (ACSW, AMFT, or APCC) preferred
- Meets all state‑required conditions of employment
- Compliant with federal, state, and county regulations
- On‑site role in Turlock, CA
- Occasional flexibility required for state‑wide travel to meet program and client needs
