Crisis Services Director
- Youth Residential Program:
The Crisis Services Director will have 24/7 accountability of the youth residential and crisis program. The Crisis Services Director will lead the strategic direction, development, and implementation of the program. Responsible for managing budget, financial planning, long term forecasting, quality improvement, compliance, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and improvement.
Qualifications- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field required
- Active CA License as LCSW, LMFT, LPCC or Licensed Psychologist Required
- 10 years related experience
- Qualified candidates will have 5 or more years progressive leadership experience in youth residential programs, behavioral health, child welfare or related human service programs
- Experience with CQI (Continuous Quality Improvement), performance management, and risk management
- Thorough understanding of licensing standards, accreditation requirements, and compliance
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
