Turlock, CA | $85,000–$100,000 + 5% bonus

Schedule:

4:00pm–4:00am | 2-2-3 rotating schedule | Full-time | Onsite

We’re partnering with a well‑established food manufacturing facility specializing in dairy production to hire a Production Supervisor for an overnight shift. This hands‑on leadership role oversees production operations in a non‑union plant environment, supporting safety, quality, efficiency and team performance across the shift.

This role reports directly to the Production Manager and plays a key role in ensuring production goals, food safety standards and employee engagement are consistently met.

• Supervise and direct production employees across all stages of manufacturing
• Monitor daily production flow to ensure output, quality and safety standards are met
• Oversee equipment operation, cleanliness, sanitation and coordinate maintenance as needed
• Promote and enforce safety practices; conduct incident investigations and reporting
• Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, quality and sanitation standards
• Manage production schedules, labor coverage and material staging
• Lead shift meetings and communicate expectations clearly to the team
• Coach, train, mentor and evaluate employees; support performance development
• Partner with HR and plant leadership on employee relations and discipline
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost containment

• High school diploma or equivalent (related degree preferred)
• 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (food or beverage strongly preferred)
• Prior team lead, shift lead or supervisory experience
• Working knowledge of production processes, GMP and food safety standards
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills
• Comfort working an overnight 4:00pm–4:00am 2-2-3 rotating schedule
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems
