Hospitals on Incredible Health are actively hiring in the Turlock, CA area for the Registered Nurse - Telemetry position. Nurses with experience in COVID, Cardiac drips, Cardiac monitor, Cardioversion, Defibrillation, Device experience, EKG monitoring, high acuity patients, post cardiac intervention, or sheath pulls are encouraged to apply.

• Monitor cardiac rhythm and other critical vital signs, interpreting data to identify signs of distress or abnormal patterns
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to the medical plan of care
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to evaluate and modify the plan of care as necessary, with a focus on patient s cardiac status
• Educate patients and their families on heart health, treatment plans, and home care instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient s condition, treatment, and progress in accordance with hospital and departmental policies

• Associate’s Degree (ADN) or above in nursing
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• 1 year experience in cardiac telemetry or other cardiac care setting preferred
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications from the American Heart Association
• Skilled in EKG rhythm interpretation and other cardiac monitoring techniques
• Proficient in electronic medical record systems
