• Manage general ledger activities, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Collaborate on AP/AR functions as needed
• Mentor junior accounting staff
• Work closely with leadership to support strategic financial decision-making

• 3–5+ years of accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
