Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee all construction and maintenance projects across our network of nursing homes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects efficiently and effectively, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and codes.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement construction plans for each facility.
- Coordinate and supervise all construction projects, including renovations, repairs, and new builds.
- Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Manage vendors, internal budget, crew hiring and supervision.
- Manage budgets and costs associated with construction and maintenance projects.
- Must be willing to travel the state of Alabama frequently as well as occasional trips to Arkansas, Florida and Missouri.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management for a company with multiple locations.
- Five years of experience with drywall, tile, plumbing, painting, HVAC, etc.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
