Department Summary:
This position involves conducting scripted interviews over the telephone with persons of varying ages and educational backgrounds. During these interviews, one must be able to read written text accurately in a manner that is understandable to Alabama residents of varying ages and educational backgrounds and to accurately record their responses on a computer keyboard.
Required
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
Skills and Knowledge:Ability to read aloud clearly and distinctly. Ability to type accurately.
