We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Family Medicine Physician, Board Eligible or Board Certified, to join an established outpatient primary care practice near Tuscaloosa, Alabama. This is a Permanent position for the right candidate. The role offers the chance to provide comprehensive, full-spectrum primary care to a diverse patient population in an outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, patient-centered primary care services across all age groups in an outpatient environment Diagnose and manage a variety of medical conditions, ranging from routine to complex Develop and implement personalized care plans for patients, ensuring best practices in treatment protocols Participate in shared call rotations, without the need for hospital rounding Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care and maintain high standards of clinical excellence

Qualifications:

Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine Proficient in managing a wide range of primary care conditions Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients and staff Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a commitment to exceptional patient care Passionate about providing holistic, patient-focused healthcare services
