Position Summary

The primary focus of this position is effective undergraduate teaching for R. James Kelly LEAD Program. Teaching consists of 24 credit hours per academic year, roughly split between fall and spring semesters. The role primarily covers the freshmen course ನಾಗ GBA 146, with possible teaching of GBA 246, GBA 247, and GBA 346. The successful candidate will also support curriculum development, adjunct instructor training, LEAD Professional Development Coaches, student mentoring, and other Kelly LEAD Program initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Teach 24 credit hours of the Kelly LEAD Professional Development sequence, primarily GBA 146 (approximately eight 3‑credit courses per year).
  • Provide curriculum input and development.
  • Conduct adjunct instructor training.
  • Assist the LEAD Professional Development Coaches.
  • Support student mentoring.
  • Support additional initiatives of the Kelly LEAD Program.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Master’s degree.
  • Familiarity with essential “soft‑skills” competencies underlying leadership and/or professional development (e.g., NACE competencies).
