Responsibilities
- Provide strategic development, operational execution, and ongoing improvement of mentorship initiatives under the LEAD program.
- Connect business students with peers, alumni, faculty, and industry professionals.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate LEAD mentoring and support the ongoing development of LEAD coaching.
- Supervise student assistants and program ambassadors.
- Develop and distribute marketing materials to recruit and retain mentors and mentees.
- Master’s degree.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in higher education.
- Experience with mentoring.
- Excellent organization and people skills.
- Ability to think creatively and critically.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work independently and with various groups of people.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills anb.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Ability to develop and work with a team.
- Sound judgment, discretion, and ability to use independent judgement.
