Interim FP&A Manager

Our client, a large infrastructure and construction services company, is seeking an Interim FP&A professional to provide additional support during a period of growth.

This role is hybrid, with regular in-office attendance expected in San Jose, CA. This role has an anticipated duration of approximately 2 to 4 months.

• Support the FP&A team during a period of increased business activity and organizational growth
• Improve financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes to increase efficiency and scalability
• Develop and maintain financial models, analyses, and reporting tools to support business decision-making
• Leverage advanced Excel capabilities to streamline reporting and improve financial visibility
• Partner with Finance leadership to identify process improvements and enhance the effectiveness of the planning function
• Support ad hoc analyses, financial reporting requests, and special projects as needed
• Contribute to broader FP&A initiatives aimed at improving forecasting accuracy and operational performance

• Strong FP&A, financial analysis, and financial modeling experience
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build and improve complex financial models and reporting tools
• Experience operating within a large, complex organization
• Prior experience at the Manager, Senior Manager, Director, or comparable finance leadership level
• Ability to work independently, identify opportunities for improvement, and support a growing FP&A organization
