We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Travel RN to join our Renal Med/Surg Telemetry team in beautiful Tuscaloosa, AL
.

As a member of our 36-bed Renal Unit, you’ll play a vital role in caring for patients with acute and chronic kidney disease
, including those requiring hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis
. Our team works closely with nephrologists, hospitalists, and family practice providers to deliver outstanding, patient-centered care.

Unit Type: Med/Surg Telemetry – Renal Focus

Float Requirement: Must be willing to float to other units and hospitals as needed

Collaborative Environment: Strong support from interdisciplinary teams and leadership

Education –

Required:

Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)

Certifications –

Required:

AHA or Red Cross BLS Certification

Licenses –

Required:

Active RN License – Alabama or Compact (No temporary licenses accepted)

NURSYS verification required

Experience –

Required:

Minimum 2 years of experience (will consider 18 months with strong references)

At least 1 year of experience in the specialty area (Renal, Med/Surg, or Telemetry)

Flexible schedule options (36 or 48 hours/week)
