Travel RN – Med Surg/Telemetry/Renal (4S)
Location: Tuscaloosa, AL
We are seeking an experienced Travel RN to join our Med Surg/Telemetry/Renal unit. Must be willing to float to other units and hospitals. Flexible scheduling options: 36 or 48 hours per week.
Education Required- Associate Degree in Nursing
- BLS (AHA or Red Cross)
- Registered Nurse – Alabama or Compact License (No Temporary Licenses Accepted)
- Must be verifiable via NURSYS
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience; will consider 18 months if working under the highest professional license
- At least 1 year of experience in Med Surg/Telemetry/Renal or related specialty
- Provide safe, high-quality patient care in a Med Surg/Telemetry/Renal setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and float as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with facility policies
