• Complete a 12‑week interactive Manager‑in‑Training program covering housekeeper, heavy housekeeper/floor tech, and laundry worker roles.
• Train, coach, and supervise staff on quality control, safety, and service standards.
• Maintain reports on income, expenditures, inventory, personnel, and equipment.
• Assist with payroll, staffing, purchasing, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Communicate directives from client managers and facility staff to HCSG team.
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and quality guidelines.
• Promote a positive customer and resident experience.
• Demonstrate punctuality and reliable attendance.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Positive attitude and ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Basic computer skills and ability to maintain records and web‑based reports.
• Physical capacity to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.
• Compliance with COVID‑19 vaccination policy, as required.
• Live within the service area and be able to start on the scheduled date.
