- Complete a 12‑week interactive Manager‑in‑Training program covering housekeeper, heavy housekeeper/floor tech, and laundry worker roles.
- Train, coach, and supervise staff on quality control, safety, and service standards.
- Maintain reports on income, expenditures, inventory, personnel, and equipment.
- Assist with payroll, staffing, purchasing, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Communicate directives from client managers and facility staff to HCSG team.
- Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and quality guidelines.
- Promote a positive customer and resident experience.
- Demonstrate punctuality and reliable attendance.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Positive attitude and ability to follow oral and written instructions.
- Basic computer skills and ability to maintain records and web‑based reports.
- Physical capacity to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.
- Compliance with COVID‑19 vaccination policy, as required.
- Live within the service area and be able to start on the scheduled date.
