A nonprofit organization in Tuscaloosa, AL is seeking a Program Coordinator for the Para & Paddle All initiative, responsible for planning and delivering adaptive paddling programs for individuals with disabilities. This role requires overseeing participant safety and engagement, coordinating volunteers, and maintaining effective communication with participants and their families. Ideal candidates will have experience in recreation for individuals with disabilities and strong leadership abilities.

This position offers a pay rate of $25/hour based on experience.
