  Required:
  
  Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher
• Certifications –
  
  Required:
  
  American Heart Association (AHA) BLS or Red Cross BLS
• Licenses –
  
  Required:
  
  Active Registered Nurse License in the state of Alabama or Compact License (no temporary licenses accepted). Verification through NURSYS required
• Experience –
  
  Required:
  
  Minimum 2 years of RN experience;
  At least 1 year of dialysis experience required;
  Professional Nursing Certification preferred;
  Must be able to read, write legibly, and communicate effectively in English
