Talented Medical Solutions (TMS) is seeking a Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel contract in Gadsden, AL.

This role requires flexibility, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to manage a patient ratio of 1:6 in a busy Med Surg unit. The position is an auto-offer contingent upon start date/scheduling requests, making it an excellent opportunity for qualified travel nurses ready to start quickly.

Deliver safe, evidence-based care to Med Surg patients

Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions

Administer medications and treatments as ordered

Collaborate with physicians and care teams

Delegate and supervise tasks for support staff

Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols

Active Alabama or Compact RN License

Current BLS certification

Minimum 1 year of Med Surg RN experience

Cerner EMR experience preferred

Must live 50+ miles from the facility

Travelers must provide home address & SSN with submission
