About The Role
Talented Medical Solutions (TMS) is seeking a Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel contract in Gadsden, AL
. This role requires flexibility, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to manage a patient ratio of 1:6 in a busy Med Surg unit.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, evidence-based care to Med Surg patients
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams
• Delegate and supervise tasks for support staff
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols

Requirements

• Active Alabama or Compact RN License
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of Med Surg RN experience
• Cerner EMR experience preferred
• Must live 50+ miles from the facility
• Travelers must provide home address & SSN with submission
