Candidate requirements

• Current and unrestricted RN license in Alabama.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills with a commitment to patient-centered care.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
