Conduct client supervisory visits and initial clinical assessments within your designated territory.

Ensure precise, state-compliant clinical documentation and adherence to company standards.

Valid, unencumbered LPN or RN license in the State of Alabama.

Clean driving record and valid driver's license (required to drive the company vehicle).
