The Courtyard Tuscaloosa is looking for servers/bartenders to work in our newly renovated hotel Bistro. You would be responsible for set-up, mixing of drinks, serving small plated food/appetizers, clean-up of bar area while engaging in quality service and satisfaction while holding up standards and profit maximization.
Responsibilities- Set up the bar area and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Mix and serve drinks to guests according to standards.
- Serve small plated food and appetizers as needed.
- Clean up the bar area after service and ensure safety and cleanliness.
- Provide quality service to guests to support standards and profitability.
