Monday‑Friday 7 am‑4 pm plus overtime as needed.
Responsibilities- Work with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
- Ensure the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
- Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
- Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
- Use the customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system effectively.
- 0‑3 years of sales and/or customer service experience (preferred).
- 2‑4 years of HVAC product knowledge (strongly preferred).
- Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Strong sales skills, including the ability to upsell.
- Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and making timely decisions.
- Ability to react well in a fast‑paced environment and follow through on commitments.
- Highly motivated and customer‑service oriented, with the ability to build relationships.
- General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.

Pay Range$18.71 - $29.92 per hour (this role is bonus or incentive plan eligible).
