Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated General Apartment Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of maintenance tasks and support property upkeep.

  • Comply with company rules and regulations and follow instructions from the Site Manager and Maintenance Coordinator.
  • Maintain and repair the exterior and interior of the property, including systems, fixtures, windows, tiles, floors, walls, and doors.
  • Handle heating and air‑conditioning maintenance, general carpentry, electrical systems, plumbing systems, and lawn equipment.
  • Assist the Site Manager in preparing vacant apartments for occupancy and painting apartments as scheduled.
  • Organize and maintain the maintenance shop, equipment, and inventory, ensuring all tools are in good operating condition.
  • Remain on‑call for emergency weekend service calls when necessary.
Required

Minimum Qualifications
  • A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
  • General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and grounds work.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous apartment maintenance experience.
Skills and Knowledge
  • Professional demeanor and a strong work ethic.
  • Skilled multi‑tasker with strong attention to detail.
  • Quick learner and very responsible.
