This role is vital to operations within the restaurant. It involves leading the crew, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining food safety standards, managing inventory and safety, and promoting continuous learning.

• Handle and oversee crew schedules.
• Provide encouraging leadership for crew and managers to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
• Supervise and lead food safety and cleanliness measures to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Take measures around safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
