- ** We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Grounds Manager to join our team. As the Grounds Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the grounds department and ensure the efficient maintenance and care of the client campus and Athletic Fields. This position requires a strong understanding of grounds maintenance operations, budget management, personnel supervision, and adherence to safety regulations.

* Required Qualifications:

** Minimum of 3 years of experience in grounds maintenance or related role Knowledge of grounds maintenance equipment and procedures Familiarity with horticultural practices, tree care, and sports field maintenance Previous experience supervising and managing teams of grounds personnel

Strong organizational and multitasking skills Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs for grounds equipment Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, staff, and subcontractors

Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to enforce compliance

Proficiency in using computer software for recordkeeping and reporting

* Preferred Qualifications:

*** Understanding of blueprints and manuals for installation and repair of equipment
* Familiarity with SDS guidelines and recordkeeping for chemicals and fertilizers

Previous experience supervising and managing teams of grounds personnel
* Physical fitness to lift/move heavy equipment, materials, and tools
* Perform daily campus walks auditing exterior areas
* Ability to work outside of traditional hours, as needed

Valid driver's license and ability to operate motor vehicles and equipment
