Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking an Assistant Accounting Manager to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $45.00 to $60.00 per hour.

• Prepare and review monthly and quarterly multi-entity consolidations and related financial analyses.
• Perform intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation, and reconciliation reviews to ensure accuracy.
• Support the month end close process by posting batches, approving journals, and ensuring timely reporting.
• Coordinate with tax advisors, auditors, and foreign statutory agents by managing deliverables and schedules.
• Maintain consolidation tools and templates while supporting process improvements during ERP transitions.

• Demonstrate strong understanding of multi-entity and multi-currency accounting environments.
• Apply advanced Excel skills to analyze data and support consolidation and reporting tasks.
• Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and external partners to support compliance requirements.
• Manage statutory and tax compliance deadlines and ensure timely submission of required filings.
• Assist with technical accounting questions, documentation, and preparation of reporting packages.

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with strong consolidation experience.
• Hold solid knowledge of U.S. GAAP and related accounting principles.
• Show familiarity with ERP systems and ability to adapt during system transitions.
• Exhibit strong organizational skills and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Display excellent attention to detail and ability to validate financial data across entities.
