Overview
Are you an experienced builder with a knack for leadership and a passion for quality? We're looking for a Construction Foreman to oversee daily operations, keep projects on track, and ensure our builds meet the highest standards.
What You'll Do- Read and interpret construction drawings with precision
- Manage all aspects of on-site builds from start to finish
- Identify ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Build strong relationships with team members, contractors, and regulators
- Maintain and adjust daily construction schedules
- Maximize team productivity and ensure safety on site
- Handle additional duties as needed
- 5+ years of progressive experience in construction or civil engineering
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Experience with construction planning and project management
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's in business or construction management a plus)
